PropTrust is a verified property platform that connects property seekers with qualified professionals, including estate surveyors and valuers, property lawyers, and property managers.

The Platform includes property listings, customer request matching, due diligence workflows, lease verification workflows, and add-on professional services. PropTrust provides technology and workflow infrastructure and does not replace users' obligation to make independent decisions.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Professionals

To offer services on PropTrust, professionals must provide valid credentials and complete platform verification. Professionals agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration details
• Maintain updated profile and licensing information
• Protect account credentials and activity on their account
• Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and ethical obligations
• Respond truthfully in due diligence, lease, and add-on service flows

3.2 Customers and Property Seekers

Property seekers may browse certain listings without registration. To post customer requests, purchase services, upload documents, or track verification progress, an account may be required.

4. Verification and Professional Eligibility

PropTrust verifies professionals through available records, documentation, and platform review steps. By registering as a professional, you:

• Warrant that your credentials and claims are accurate
• Authorize PropTrust to validate submitted credentials and profile data
• Accept that false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination
• Understand verification status can be changed if eligibility changes

5. Property Listings and Customer Requests

5.1 Listing and Request Standards

Users creating listings or requests agree to:

• Provide accurate property and location information
• Use genuine photos, documents, and descriptions
• Avoid duplicate, misleading, or deceptive submissions
• Update status promptly when availability or requirements change

5.2 Prohibited Content

Listings and requests must not include:

• Fraudulent or unauthorized property claims
• Illegal, abusive, or harmful content
• Attempts to bypass platform safeguards in bad faith

6. Due Diligence, Lease Verification, and Add-on Services

PropTrust coordinates multi-step workflows for due diligence, lease verification, and additional professional services. These services may involve document upload, status tracking, professional assignment, and milestone-based updates.

Workflow outcomes depend on the quality and completeness of submissions from users and professionals. Timelines may vary by package type, scope, and response time.

7. Fees, Subscriptions, and Payments

Professional subscriptions and paid customer services are billed according to the selected plan, package, or add-on. Payment terms include:

• Fees are due at the point stated on the checkout or subscription flow
• Applicable recurring plans may auto-renew unless cancelled in advance
• Service and subscription pricing may be revised with notice
• Refund handling is subject to applicable law and stated policy

Failure to pay required fees may limit access to paid features and workflow actions.

8. User Conduct

All users agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access
• Harass, exploit, or mislead other users
• Use the Platform for scams or unlawful transactions
• Scrape or mine platform data without authorization

9. Intellectual Property

Platform software, branding, and original content are owned by PropTrust or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of uploaded content but grant PropTrust a license to host, display, process, and distribute such content for service delivery and platform operations.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

PropTrust is a platform and workflow provider. Except as required by law, we do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of all user-submitted property or profile information
• That any transaction or engagement will complete successfully
• Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation at all times

Verification Disclaimer

Professional verification outcomes are based on submitted documents, on-site findings, and records reasonably available at the time of review. Verification does not constitute a government title guarantee, legal opinion, or insurance-backed warranty.

Liability Limitation

Users remain responsible for their own financial, legal, tenancy, and property decisions.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PropTrust harmless against claims, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Suspension and Termination

PropTrust may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably determine that an account:

• Violates these Terms or platform policies
• Creates security, legal, or fraud risk
• Misuses service workflows or payment systems

13. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in line with applicable data protection obligations and platform security practices.
